This self-catering apartment boasts a contemporary design and consists of comfortable living areas, while incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean steal the show and immediately capture the attention of those residing here for their Cape Town vacation. During their stay, guests need only walk 2 minutes to reach the beach. A stylish lounge is furnished with a large L shaped couch that is positioned toward the ocean and guests can enjoy their morning coffee on one of the bar stools at the breakfast nook. A fully-equipped kitchen is complete with all the necessary appliances for cooking, though many guests choose to dine at one of the many seaside eateries located in Milnerton, or the neighbouring suburbs of Bloubergstrand or Century City. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and quality linen.
 
The coastal suburb of Milnerton is ideally located just a 15 minute drive from the city centre, while the famous west coast is slightly further along the beachfront. Some of the attractions close by includes restaurants like Maestros on the Beach, Ilha and The Beach Tavern as well as shopping malls like Paddocks Centre and Canal Walk, which will appeal to shoppers or those seeking out family-friendly entertainment.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point:

  •  Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
  •  Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
