The main interior of the apartment includes an open plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge that leads out to a balcony with an elevated view of the Ocean and Milnerton Lighthouse. The bright-toned kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, as well as a microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen and spare bedroom feature views of Table Mountain and Lion’s Head. The smooth white counter with plenty of cupboard space below separates the kitchen from the dining area. The dining area consists of 6 chairs around a long and elegant glass table.

The spacious main bedroom also opens onto the balcony and features a double bed, sunny sitting area and a small Safe for your valuables. The second bedroom has two single beds and views of Table Mountain and Lion’s Head.

Both bedrooms share the spacious full bathroom with bath and Double Shower. Secure parking is available and if you are able to pull yourself away from the magnificent views then explore the island’s unique offerings. These include beautifully maintained gardens, a large Koi fish pond with Gazebo from where you can feed the fish, bird-watching on the lagoon from one of the 2 jetties or savouring a Craft Beer at 1 of the 4 restaurants conveniently situated beneath the apartment.

These include Maestros on the Beach, Ilha Restaurant and Bar, and Pit Masters restaurant. For the more actively inclined individual, the Lagoon promenade offers you safe daytime running or walking, as does the Beach which is only 100m away. Surfing, Stand-up paddling, kitesurfing and canoeing are all popular with the water babies while the Milnerton Links Golf Course offers you magnificent vistas and an opportunity to test your sense of humour.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.

Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.

Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged
