The beautiful Neptune Isle 103 is situated on the ground floor with a coal weber braai, terrace and furnished porch. Geared to make the most of the destination this apartment offers everything guests can expect of a luxury property and a little more. The décor is minimal, but warm and welcoming with a few interesting focal point objects.

From the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine to the well positioned table and chairs and comfortable couch and plasma TV with DSTV, this apartment’s only aim is to lure guests into a relaxing lazy stay.

Both bedrooms are done in natural tones, the master bedroom with and en suite has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. A full bathroom with a shower and bath is conveniently located next to the second bedroom. There is a sleeper couch in the sun room with space for one.
 
Neptune Isle features 24 security in the building and with being situated almost right on the edge of the beach, also offers a communal swimming pool.

10 Days prior to the guest arrival, an online Registration Form with Arrival Documents will be sent to the guest.
The Arrival documents contain detailed information about the check-in and departure process.

Cancellation Policy

Cape Town Water Restrictions
In the event that your booking is affected by the city turning off the water supply to the property, Blouberg Holiday Rentals will provide a free cancelation for the dates that you are affected.
 
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
 
·         Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
·         Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
